Sebastien Borgo / Ogrob is one of the founding members of experimental post-punk trio Sun Plexus (1993-2010) and neocybernetic unit Ich Bin (1988-2008). For the last 20 years , he has been exploring prepared guitar, electronic music, musique concrète, phonography and visual arts.

Since 1988, various projects grew out of meeting and befriending Aka_bondage, Alan Courtis, Bruce Witsiepe and Mike Pullen from Circle X, Damo Suzuki, Donald Miller, Dragibus, eRikm, Manu Holterbach, The Nihilist Spasm Band, Ulan Bator, Vomir, …

As of today, he is involved in various collective projects : Foi Pour Pusillanime, L’Autopsie A Révélé Que La Mort Etait Due A L’Autopsie, Micro_penis, Ravin, Regreb & Ogrob.

From the start a subscriber to the DIY ethos, attached to his independency, working self-sufficiently, away from decision makers and institutions, unsubsidized.

He was born in 1969 and currently lives in Mulhouse, France.

YVAN ETIENNE:

Yvan Etienne is engaged in research in the field of sound art. He creates installations and is also a curator, teacher and publisher. As a musician, he composes and plays pieces using electronic, phonography, analog synthesizers and the hurdy-gurdy. His research questions the perception and physicality of sound spaces. For this concert, he will present a piece based on researches carried out recently at EMS Stockholm on a Serge analog modular Synthesizer.
